                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
                   PUBLIC WORKS TO CONTRACT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ("CTI"), RELATIVE TO
                   ENGINEERING SERVICES IN THE CONSTRUCTION
                   PHASE OF THE MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER
                   TREATMENT PLANT COMPUTER SYSTEM, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($30,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Department of Public Works be 
and
       is hereby authorized to contract with Consolidated Technologies,
       Inc. ("CTI"), relative to engineering services in the 
construction
       phase of the Moccasin Bend Wastewater Treatment Plant Computer
       System, for a consideration of $30,000.00.
